About Me

My work is about helping you reconnect with your own inner guidance and move forward with greater clarity and trust.
I was born in California in the early 1960s and have always considered Los Angeles my hometown. When my mother and I moved to Oregon during my childhood, it never quite felt like home. Something in me always knew I belonged somewhere else.
In my mid-twenties, I felt a strong inner calling to begin again. Trusting my intuition, I followed my heart back to Los Angeles and began asking deeper questions about who I was and what I was truly here to do. I didn’t know then that simply listening to that inner pull would eventually lead me to my life’s work.
That journey began quite literally on the floor of a bookstore.
While wandering through the self-help section, I was drawn to a book titled The Life You Were Born To Live by Dan Millman. The title alone stopped me — it was exactly what I wanted to know. Sitting there, I began a journey of self-discovery that I am still happily on today.
That book opened the door to numerology, and from there I immersed myself in palmistry, astrology, and tarot. I was amazed at how accurately these tools reflected my inner world and helped me better understand who I was. They didn’t tell me who to be — they helped me remember who I already was.
My curiosity eventually led me deeper into the nature of conscious creation and the Law of Cause and Effect. Through the teachings of Neville Goddard, especially Feeling Is the Secret, and through my own lived experience, I came to understand that real change happens through awareness, embodiment, and alignment — not force or wishful thinking. This understanding is central to both my life and my work.
Another important part of my path is whole-person wellness and preventative care. I’m continually learning about ways to support balance in mind, body, and spirit, and I’m well-versed in EFT (Energy Psychology), Energy Medicine, Reflexology, Trigger Point Therapy, chakra balancing, affirmative prayer, and visualization. I see these as supportive tools — ways to cultivate awareness, self-trust, and resilience.
My life has been filled with joy, growth, and a few bumps along the way. I’m not someone who believes that life becomes perfect simply by “thinking positive.” But I do know that when we consciously choose awareness over fear and clarity over confusion, life begins to shift in meaningful ways. It really does come down to choice — and once that choice is made, wonderful things can unfold.
Anything truly is possible. I’m living proof of that.
I’m currently working on a book that weaves together my life experiences, insights, and the lessons I’ve gathered along the way.
